Bread Jamun Recipe with step by step photo recipe.Bread Jamun is one of the easiest and time consuming sweet recipe.bread jamun is made with only just two ingredients,bread slices and sugar.
 
This is the instant gulab jamun made with bread crumbs.Make sure to use milk bread.Bread slices are made by blending bread slices.before blending cut the corners of the bread.Transfer the powder to a bowl and add milk in teaspoons.The dough should be soft,so that jamuns will be soft and juicy.Make a ball and gently drop in hot oil.Deep fry the jamuns in medium flame.Then drop the jamuns in sugar syrup and soak for 2hrs.(do not over soak)

Ingredients:

 
Bread-6 Slices
Milk-5 to 6 tsp
Sugar-1 Cup
Water-1 Cup
Cardamom Pods-3
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
 

Step by Step Photo Recipes:

 
1.In a sauce pan add sugar and Water and boil.
 

 

 

 

2.Once it reaches 1 small string consistency add Cardamom Pods.

 

 

3.switch off and add 1/4 tsp Lemon juice and keep aside.
4.Cut the sides of Bread Slices.
 

 

 

5.Chop into pieces and add into blender and blend.

 

 

 

6.In a mixing bowl add bread powder.
 

 

7.Now add Milk little by little and knead into a soft dough.

 

 

 


8.Take a small amount of dough and make a ball without cracks.

 

 

 

9.In a Kadai add Oil.

 


10.when the oil is hot drop the balls and deep fry in medium flame.

 

 

 

11.Stir continuously till it turns into golden brown.

 

 

12.Once the jamun is ready immediately drop in sugar syrup(make sure syrup is warm).

 

 


13.soak for 2 to 4 hrs minimum and serve.
