
Vegetable Cutlet/Veg Cutlet is one of the most famous snacks in India.Veg cutlet is prepared by Using baked vegetables or with steamed vegetables.Veg cutlet main ingredient is potato along with Beans,carrot,peas.This is one of the best evening snack.

Potato-5 medium sized(4cups chopped)
Beans-10 no
Carrot-1 Medium sized
Onion-1 medium sized chopped finely
Green Chili-2 chopped finely
Garam masala-1 tsp
Chili powder-1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp finely chopped
Breadcrumbs-1/2 cup
Corn Flour-1/4 cup
Salt as required
Oil for deep frying
Step by Step Photo Recipe
1.Add Chopped vegetables in a steamer.

2.Steam till it becomes soft.

3.Once ready transfer to a bowl.

4.Mash with masher.

5.Add chopped Onion.

6.Add Green Chilli.

7.Now add garam masala and Chili powder.

8.Then add coriander leaves.

9.Further add Salt.

10.Add Ginger Garlic paste.

11.mix everything.

12.Make a ball sized dough and press slightly.(you can also use any shape cookie mould to make cutlet)

13.Add cornflour in a bowl.

14.mix with water and make a paste.

15.Dip the cutlet in cornflour mixture on both sides.


16.Add breadcrumb in a plate.

17.Coat the patty in bread crumbs on both sides.


18.Heat Oil in a kadai or in pan.

19.Once it becomes hot,place the cutlet and cook in medium flame.

20.cook till it becomes golden brown on both sides.


21. Once ready serve hot with ketchup.

Notes
1.Add Chili Powder more or less.
2.Adding Peas makes cutlet more tasty.
3.You can also deep fry the cutlet.
4.You can also add Beetroot.
5.If you feel dough is little soft add 1 or 2 tbsp breadcrumbs.
