Ingredients:
Chana/Chickpeas-1 1/2 Cup.
Oil-2 tsp.
Mustard Seeds and Urad dal-1 tsp.
Chana dal-1/4 tsp.
Onion-1 Sliced.
Green Chillies-2 to 3 Sliced.
Curry Leaves-2 Sprig.
Coconut Grated-1/4 Cup.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
Salt as Needed.
Step by Step Photo Recipe:
1.Add Chickpeas in a Pressure Cooker and add 4 Cups of water and Cook till it gets Soft.
2.Add 1 tsp oil in a kadai/pan.
3. Now add Mustard seeds,Chana dal and Urad dal.
4.Add in Green Chilies and Curry Leaves.
5.Add in Onions and saute for a Minute.
6.Add in 2 cups Cooked Chickpeas and Grated Coconut and Mix.
7.Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Serve.
Notes:
- Chana/Chickpeas Must be Cooked till it becomes Soft.(it gives more taste).
- Best tea time snacks.
