Coffee Chocolate Custard Pudding Without Custard Recipe/No Custard Pudding/No Gelatin

Coffee Chocolate Custard Pudding with step by step photo Recipes.Pudding is made out of Coffee decoction and Chocolate.This can be done with any type of chocolates.

Ingredients:

 
For Chocolate Layer:
 
Milk-1 Cup(200 ml)
Chocolate-50 g(Sweetened or unsweetened)
Sugar-2 tsp
Corn Flour-3/4 tsp
Vanilla Essence/Extract-1/4 tsp
Serving Cup/Bowl-2
 
For Coffee Layer:
 
Milk-1 Cup(200 ml)
Instant Coffee Powder-1 1/2  tsp
Sugar-2 tsp
Corn Flour-3/4 tsp
Vanilla Essence/Extract-1/4 tsp
 

Step by Step Photo Recipes:

 

For Chocolate Layer:

 
1.Add Milk in a pan and allow it to boil(do not add water).
 
 

2.Once it reaches boiling point add sugar and mix.

 

 

 

3.Add Corn flour in a bowl and mix it with 2 tsp water without any lumps.

 

 

 

4.Once the sugar is melted add Chocolate and mix till it melts completely in low flame.

 
 
 

5.Further add Vanilla essence and mix.

 

 

6.Then add Corn flour mixture and mix without any lumps.
 
 

7.Once it becomes thick immediately transfer to a serving Cup or Bowl.
 
 


8.Cover and Refrigerate for 1 hr.
 

 

For Coffee Layer:

 
1.Add Milk in a pan and allow it to boil(do not add water).
 
 

2.Once it reaches boiling point add sugar and mix.

 
 

3.Add 1 1/2 tsp Coffee Powder in a bowl and mix it with 3 tsp hot water.

 

 

 

4.Add Corn flour in a bowl and mix it with 2 tsp water without any lumps.

 

 

 

5.Once the sugar is melted add Coffee mixture and boil for 1 min.

 

 

 

6.Further add Vanilla essence and mix.

 
 

7.Then add Corn flour mixture and mix without any lumps.

 
 

8.Once it becomes thick immediately transfer to a serving Cup or Bowl over the Chocolate Layer.

 
 

9.Cover and Refrigerate for  another 1 hr and serve.

 

 

Notes:

 
  • Cook in low flame throughout the process.
  • Adjust sugar according to your taste.
  • you can also add honey instead of sugar.
