Ingredients:

 
Gram Flour-1 Cup
Rice Flour-1 tsp
Asafoetida/Hing-1 Pinch
Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Baking Soda-1 Pinch
Cashews-1 spn
Crushed Garlic-6
Curry Leaves-1 Sprig
Salt as needed
 

Step by Step Photo Recipes:

 
1.In a Mixing Bowl add Besan Flour.
 
 
2.Now add Chili Powder,Rice Flour,Hing,Turmeric Powder and Salt and Mix.
 
 
3.Further add water little by little and mix into smooth flowing consistency batter(not too thick nor thin).
 

 

 

 

4.Finally add 1 pinch baking soda and mix.
 
 

5.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.

 
 

6.Now Straight into Oil,take  small hole perforated spoon and pour the batter.

 

 
7.Do not disturb for 10 sec.
 

 
8. stir occasionally and once they turns golden colour and crisp,remove from Oil.
 

 
9.Add Cashews in same Oil and saute till it turns golden brown.

 

 

 

10.In the same Oil add Crushed Garlic and Curry Leaves and saute till it becomes golden brown.
 

 

 
11.Mix everything and store in a air tight container.
 

 

 

Notes:

  • Chili Powder and Salt can be added according to you Preference.
  • You can also add Peanuts.
  • Batter should not be too thick nor too thin.
