Ingredients
Raw Mango-1 medium sized
Green Chili-2
Red Chili-2
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp chopped finely
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Oil-1 tsp
Vadagam – 1 tbsp or
Mustard Seeds,Urad dal-1 tsp
Asafoetida/Hing-1/4 tsp
Step by Step Photo Recipe
1.Roast the mango in a low flame.

2.Roast till it becomes soft.

3.Then roast green chilies.

4.Once raw mango gets cooled,mash green chilies and Raw mango.

5.Add 3 Cups water and Mix.

6.Add oil in a kadai.

7.Then add vadagam or Mustard Seeds and urad dal and roast for 30 secs

8.Add Curry leaves and Red Chilies.

9.Add the Mango mixture.

10.Add Turmeric Powder.

11.Now add Salt.

12.Then add hing/Asafoetida and cook for 1 boil.

13.Finally garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.

Directions
- Roast the mango in a low flame.
- Roast till it becomes soft.
- Then roast green chilies.
- Once raw mango gets cooled,mash green chilies and Raw mango.
