Mango,who says no to taste the fruit.With Mango we can make different types of recipes which includes Mango Rice,Pickle,Payasam and also mixed with chat items.Eating Mango helps in digestion,Mango is rich in Vitamins.

Mango is also used to prepare Juice,Smoothies,Ice cream,Milk shakes and to make sauces.Out of all these recipes i personally love to eat raw mango sprinkled with Chili Powder and Salt,which is Yum.

Ingredients

Raw Mango-1 Cup(Shredded)

Cooked Rice-2 1/2 Cup

Onion-1 Medium sized Chopped Finely

Red Chilies-5 to 6

Turmeric Powderr-1/2 tsp

Curry Leaves-2 tbsp

Coriander Leaves-2 tbsp Finely Chopped

Oil-2 tbsp

Mustard Seeds,Urad dal and Channa dal-1 tsp

Salt as required

Step by Step Photo Recipes

1.Heat a kadai and add 2 tbsp Oil.

2.Add Mustard seeds,Urad dal and Channa dal.

3.Allow it to splutter.

4.Once Splutters add Chopped Onion.

5.Cook untill it becomes soft.

6.Add Curry Leaves.

7.Add Red Chilies and cook for a minute.

8.Add mango.

9.Add Turmeric Powder and Saute for 3 mins in medium flame.

10.Once mango gets cooked add 2 1/2 Cup Cooked Rice.

11.Add Required Salt.

12.Mix Everything.

13.Finally add Chopped Coriander leaves and mix.

14.Serve with Papad or with yum potato poriyal.

Notes

1.Add Red Chilies More or less as per your Spicy Preference.

Directions
