Ingredients
Peerkangai/Ridge gourd-2 Peerkangai skin peeled
Urad dal-2 tbsp
Red Chili-2
Tamarind-1/4 tsp
Coconut-1 tbsp grated
Garlic-2 Cloves
Salt as required
Oil- 1 tbsp
Step by Step Photo Recipe
1.Peel the skin of Ridge gourd.


2.Add Oil in Kadai.

3.Add Urad dal and roast in low flame,till it turns golden brown.

4.Add Red Chilies.

5.Add Peeled Ridge gourd skin.

6.Now add garlic Cloves.

7.Roast till raw smell goes off.
8.Finally add grated Coconut and cook for 2 mins.

9.Add into blender and allow it to cool down.

10.Add Salt.

11.Blend coarsely and serve.

Notes
1.Adjust Red Chilies more or less according to your spice level.
2.You can also Skip coconut.
