Pepper Chicken is made in unique way in which quantity of red chili powder and curry powder used  is less and pepper powder is more when compared with other chicken curries.This recipe can be made in two ways,pepper chicken gravy and dry pepper chicken.
 
Chciken can be marinated with some amount of salt, red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and curry powder.Leave it overnight in a refrigerator and make use of it while start preparing the recipe.

Ingredients:

 
Chicken-500g
Onion-1 Finely Chopped/Shallots-10
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Curry Leaves-2 Sprig
Coriander Leaves-2 tsp Chopped
Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
Curry Powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder-2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Mustard Seeds and Urad dal-1 tsp
Salt as needed

Step by Step Photo Recipes:

 
1.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.
 
 

2.Once the Oil is hot add Mustard Seeds and Urad dal.

 
 

3.After it Splutters add Ginger Garlic Paste and Saute till it becomes Golden brown.

 

 

 

4.Further add Onions and Curry Leaves and Cook till it becomes soft.

 

 

 

5.Next add washed and strained Chicken Pieces.

 
 

6.Then add Turmeric Powder,Chili Powder,Coriander Powder,Curry Powder and needed Salt.

 
 

7.Cover and Cook till it becomes Soft.

 

 

 

8.Once ready add Pepper Powder and Mix and Saute for 1 min and Switch off the flame.

 

 

 

9.Finally add  Chopped Coriander Leaves and Serve.
