Ingredients:
Seeraga Samba Rice/Zeera Rice-1/2 Kg(2 cups)
Water:4 Cups or 4 1/2(Depends on Rice you are Using)
Onion:1 Sliced.
Tomato:4 Sliced.
Green Chilies:3 Sliced.
Ginger And Garlic Paste:2 tsp.
Beans:1/2 Cup Sliced or Chopped.
Carrot:1/2 Cup Sliced or Chopped.
Potato:1/4 Cup Chopped.
Chili Powder:1/2 tsp.
Mint Leaves-1/4 cup.
Coriander Leaves-1/4 Cup.
Turmeric Powder a Pinch.
Salt as needed.
Oil-3 tsp.
Ghee-3 tsp.
Briyani Masala:
Cinnamon Stick/Pattai:1 inch.
Cloves/Lavangam:3
Star Anise/Natchathira Sombu:2
Bay Leaf/Briyani Illai:1
Elachi/Elakkai:3
Marathi Moggu/Indian capers:1
Step by Step Photo Recipe:
5.Further add 1/2 tsp Chili Powder(if need add more Chili Powder) and Turmeric and Saute till all ingredients gets mashed.
6.Add in all Chopped Vegetables and saute for 5 Mins.
7.Now add 4 Cups of Water and allow it to boil.
8.Add in rice and mix and Cook for 1 whistle.
9.After whistle open the lid and mix. and serve hot with Raita.
10.Serve hot with Raita.
Notes:
- This Recipe is Made with little spice.If need you can add More Briyani Masala and Chili Powder or Green Chili.
- Water added is double the amount of rice you are using.
- You can also add Peas,Meal Maker and any other your favourite vegetables.
- Serve hot with any variety of Raita.

Directions
- Add 3 tsp Oil and 2 tsp Ghee in Pressure Cooker.
- Add in Biryani Masala and saute untill aroma comes out.
- Add Mint Leaves and Coriander Leaves and Saute for 1 Min.
- Now add in Onion,Tomatoes,Green Chili and Salt.
- Further add 1/2 tsp Chili Powder(if need add more Chili Powder) and Turmeric and Saute till all ingredients gets mashed.
- Add in all Chopped Vegetables and saute for 5 Mins.
- Now add 4 Cups of Water and allow it to boil.
