Tomato-5 ripen
Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
Sugar-1 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp/Vinegar

Directions
- Blanch the tomatoes with enough water for 5 Mins.
- Peel off the skin and add the tomatoes in a blender.
- blend into smooth paste.
- Filter the blended paste.
- Add the paste in kadai/Vessel and Cook in medium flame.
- Add 1/2 tsp Chili powder and Salt.
- Stir occasionally to prevent from burning and Keep boiling Still it becomes thick.
- Add Sugar and keep stiring.
- Once it becomes thick add Lemon juice and Mix well.
- Finally check for the taste and Switch off the flame.
